How often are housekeeping services provided?

Housekeeping will be done 2 times/week. Additional services (if required) will be charged.

Are in-villa dining services available?

In-villa dining services are available with extra charge per order. Booking must be made in advance via the villa manager.

Are spa/massage services available?

Spa and massage in-villa services are available with extra charge. Booking must be made in advance via the villa manager.

What is the maximum number of guests per villa?

8 guests. Additional guests are not allowed inside the property.

How far is it from the villa to the airport?

Approximately 45 kilometers, taking around 1 hour by car.

Are pets allowed in the property?

All pets are NOT allowed in the property and on surrounding properties.

Is smoking allowed in the property?

Smoking of any kind and prohibited items such as weapons are strictly prohibited within the Property. Unlawful possession, use or consumption of any illegal substances, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited within the Property. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area. The designated area includes ONLY the outdoor garage area and fourth-floor rooftop area (outdoor zone ONLY). Shishas and Hookah are prohibited in the Property in accordance with Thai Government laws.
